Local, growing software development company in New Orleans is seeking someone to join their team to help provides customer service support to clients and help resolve software based issues and answer questions.


Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Taking incoming calls from customers regarding software issues/questions.

  • Providing customer service and problem resolution to customers.

  • Making sure to direct specific calls to the correct departments.

  • Documentation of all customer calls for logging purposes.

  • Following up with customers and any other general office duties.


Requirements and qualifications:

  • Must be proficient with MS Office programs including Word, Excel, etc.

  • Must have the aptitude to learn about new software and exercise your technical skills.

  • Will be proficient with Mac computers.

  • Knowledge of Windows based OS and Server based OS.

  • Knowledge of SQL is a huge plus!


Ideal candidate:

  • Will take strong initiative with calls and helping customers.

  • Will possess strong time management skills and meet project deadlines.

  • MUST be a strong communicator (both written and verbally).

  • WILL remain calm, cool, and collected in an escalated customer service situation.


Schedule will be Monday – Friday with flexible hours. This company offers room to advance and learn new skills, an extremely team oriented, forward thinking environment, and a very competitive benefits package.
