We are currently seeking for an EXPERIENCED Restaurant District Manager to oversee the operations of a chain casual dining facility in the Greater New Orleans Area.

Job Description:

  • Oversee operations of three chain restaurant locations

  • Prepares annual operating budget to achieve company profit objectives.

  • Directly manages Restaurant Managers and holds them accountable to their job description.

  • Managing operations in the front and back of the house with a high concentration on profitability

  • Settles all employee complaints, conflicts and grievances that cannot be resolved at a lower level. Investigates and settles security and violations with corporate office.

  • Selects and promotes qualified candidates to open Restaurant Manager Positions within the area. Works closely with new Restaurant Manager to develop their technical and managerial skills.

  • Supervising the restaurant employees , safety, sanitation, and sales growth, while constantly maintaining restaurant standards

  • Manage and improve restaurant quality and service

  • Assists Restaurant Managers in marketing their local restaurants by providing training and liaison support with Marketing.

  • Supervise new unit openings in assigned area.

Job Requirements:

  • High school Degree or higher education

  • 3 plus years as a District Manager for a chain restaurant

  • Highly developed of interpersonal skills

 

Compensation:

  • Pay is $55,000-$80,000 DOE

  • Partial relocation costs reimbursed
