Small, very stable, and very specialized company in Metairie is seeking a Consultant Assistant to join their team and learn about their specialized industry. This position will get hands on training, cross-training, and support a couple of consultants.
Duties include but are not limited to:

Customer service and general clerical duties.

Speaking with clients via phone and email and customer relationship building.

Calling employers to request information, medical records, medical bills, etc.

Data entry of information in system.
-
Updating of client files/reports.
Qualifications and requirements:
-
2+ years of administrative experience.
-
MUST be proficient with MS Word and MS Excel.
-
MUST be able to catch on quickly to new computer systems and procedures.
-
MUST have strong and accurate data entry skills.
-
MUST be have strong organizational skills.
-
Some overnight travel REQUIRED (2-3 times per quarter).

Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus (but not required).

Will be open to cross-training.

Will have a positive attitude and be flexible with duties.

Will be EXTREMELY detailed, thorough, and accurate.

Will be a meticulous and diligent worker.

MUST be able to track steps in the process completed and needed to be completed.
