You will recruit and place candidates in support positions, direct hire, temporary and temporary to hire, work with existing clients and bring new clients to our company. Create profiles and conduct pre-selling of staffing solutions, conduct sales calls in person, and provide management and career counseling to prospective and current assignment as well as direct hire candidates. Obtain and use feedback to enhance customer relationships, continuously improve the quality of service, and increase profitability.
Degree and a minimum of 3 years of interviewing, recruiting, sales and/or placement experience in the staffing industry, or related experience is generally required. Excellent oral/written communication, and presentation skills and the ability to interact with all levels of management/staff are also required.
